I really enjoy the way the POV changes all the time in this story. Really effective and keeps you interested. And I jealous of how you seem to be able to get html tags to work for you. It must be a conspiracy.

Summary: John Sheppard is determined to bring to ruin the villainous McKay family. But young (ok, youngish) Rodney interferes with his plans. Okay, so this is what comes of reading the Harlequin SGA website which triggers memories of reading a thousand Regency/Historical novels as an impressionable youngster (**eek**, no wonder I'm twisted). The result is this complete and utter cliche **heh**. I make no guarantees as to the accuracy of any of the historical/british terms and settings depicted in this story. They are from my fuzzy memory of romance novels. Nuff said.

I'm loving this - characters are great. Please get those taxes sorted ASAP - I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ELIZABETH..... More must be posted soon (please).

A bit more frisky than your average regency novel... but well written and, what's the word again? yeah, hot. Loved the determination to keep the first time special and the freaking out from Rodney. Even if it's AU you're still managing to get key aspects of the characters right. Loved it. More please, especially WHAT HAPPENED TO ELIZABETH???? I asked nicely before and I need to know!!!!! Please post soon.

An interesting take on Teyla. I like the way you develop the atmosphere in this and the protection of John (did I miss why he wasn't fighting?). However, I didn't think that Rodney was 100% in character. Good stuff though - liked it.

Summary: Several persons at the SGC or in Atlantis left a lasting impression in Rodney McKay. Each one in their own unique way.

Neat concept. I'm looking forward to some more.

Summary: He wakes at three past the hour. It's always the same. The nurse is waiting with water and fresh sheets. He moves to the bathroom and stares uncomprehendingly at the face in the mirror. It's not glass, he knows that. He's not allowed anything he might use as a weapon, and he knows instinctively that glass could be a weapon.

Poor John! This is a fantastic story. Thanks for posting it. It gives a unique angle on what could have happened - I often wondered what happened to the people of the City once the Wraith came and now I know. Great atmosphere.

Author's Response: This story has always left me feeling just ugh, so I've wanted to deal with it for a while and the idea hit, and it worked, so yeah, thank you, I'm glad you liked it!

Summary: Circumstances, and Rodney's friends, won't allow him to keep his past a secret anymore. A veritable McKay Whumpathon! Warning - Ridiculous ammounts of spoilers contained throughout. Rated R - To be on the safe side because it contains themes of immoral human experimentation.

This grabbed my attention and kept me reading until the end (and I was at work! ooops). I love how this is structured and eagerly await more. Rodney, conspiracy, true friendship... what more can a gal ask for?
